CCEECCIC has published Announcement of the General Administration of Customs No. 219 [2025] on Declaration Requirements for Overseas Enterprises Regarding Inbound Agricultural Products. The Announcement contains information about a Catalog of Inbound Agricultural Products Requiring Official Recommendation and Registration from Exporting Countries, which is established and published by the General Administration of Customs of the People’s Republic of China (GACC). Other publications of the China-CEEC Customs Information Center provide information about the export of wild aquatic products from Bulgaria to China.
GACC’s Announcement No. 213/2025, published by the China-CEEC Customs Information Center, notifies that the inspection and hygiene requirements for wild aquatic products exported from Bulgaria to China have been stipulated.
CCEECCIC has further published a related GACC Policy Interpretation of the inspection and sanitary requirements for importing wild-caught aquatic products from Bulgaria into China. The interpretation covers topics such as guiding principles, scope of the term “wild-caught aquatic products”, requirements for production enterprises, product requirements for import, certification requirements, etc.
