Rules of Organisation

The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the People’s Republic of China signed in Bucharest on October 29, 2014, observing the laws of the two countries, provides for the establishment of the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and CEE countries. The establishment of the Association is the first step for the practical implementation of the cooperation.
