04.01.2016 / Sending first samples of Bulgarian products to China
At the end of October this year, the Bulgarian Pavilion was opened in the Pilot Comprehensive Cross-border Zone in Hangzhou, being the first national pavilion of a CEE country to open with the assistance of the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and CEE countries.
APACCCEEC has launched an initiative to send samples of Bulgarian products to the Pavilion, thus hoping to make Bulgarian goods more recognizable on the Chinese market. The samples are provided free of charge by the agricultural producers, and the Association organizes and bares all costs related to the logistics from Bulgaria to China.
Until January 20 the first products dispatched to China are completing the cycle, with the aim of delivering them to the Pavilion before the Chinese New Year, when is expected a large number of visitors to have the opportunity to taste Bulgarian products.
The opening of the Bulgarian Pavilion and the Shanghai Free Trade Zone is planned this year. We reassure Bulgarian companies that have not yet joined the APAC’s initiative that it is planned at least one more samples import campaign for Bulgarian agricultural products.
