Ambassador Dai Qingli presented various Chinese initiatives in which APACCCEEC can participate with its partners. Those initiatives include bilateral and multilateral seminars and trainings on agricultural topics, as well as joint Bulgarian-Chinese cooperation projects with third countries. By such projects the APACCCEEC can provide assistance to developing countries.
