30.07.2026 / Information from partners: Applications are now being accepted for the master’s program “Innovation and Digital Transformation in Agribusiness”
APACCCEEC is pleased to inform you that the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” has opened enrollment for the 2026/2027 academic year to the master’s program “Innovation and Digital Transformation in Agribusiness.”
The program is designed to prepare highly qualified professionals in the field of management and administration of agricultural development policies; entrepreneurs, business owners, and representatives of the agribusiness sector; organic production and sustainable development; food production and processing; digital technologies applied to agriculture; rural- and agritourism.
The Master’s program aims to bring together knowledge, expertise, and know-how in disciplines such as European and national policies, entrepreneurship and innovation, digital transformation, intellectual property protection, rural and agritourism, ESG practices in agriculture, and others.
The program is offered as a part-time course in Bulgarian and lasts two semesters; the curriculum allows students to combine their studies with full-time employment.

In June 2022, APACCCEEC and the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” signed a Cooperation agreement in the fields of economics, management, business, and agriculture.
Over the years, the Cooperation agreement has gained practical significance — the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University is among the partners of APACCCEEC in organizing the International Scientific-Practical Conference „10 years Cooperation, Exchange and Connectivity between China and CEE Countries in 2022, as well as in organizing an Accelerator Program for startups in the field of agriculture between China and CEE countries in 2023 and the Academy for Entrepreneurship in Agriculture. In March 2026, APACCCEEC and the Faculty of Economics at Sofia University jointly held the Annual Forum and Academy for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Agriculture in Sofia.
