30.06.2022 / APACCCEEC and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University signed a Cooperation Agreement

On June 29, the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European countries and the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ” concluded an Agreement for cooperation in the field of economy, management, business and agriculture.

During the official signing ceremony, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Atanas Georgiev, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, and Dr. Momchil Stanishev, Director of APACCCEEC, discussed future joint initiatives, and agreed on cooperation in conducting specialized trainings, conferences, seminars for students of the University, organization of work practices and internships.

The Faculty of Economics and Business Administration of Sofia University is among the partners of APACCCEEC in the organization of the International Scientific-Practical Conference „10 years Initiative 16 + 1. Cooperation, Exchange and Connectivity between China and CEE Countries”. The two parties are implementing joint actions to prepare and present a range of topics that are the subject of research by scientists and researchers from the Member States of the 16 + 1 Initiative, related to economic development, investment plans, good practices in agriculture and academic exchange.

The Cooperation Agreement is also a basis for promoting youth entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture in Bulgaria and the region.
