27.07.2018 / APAC signed a Joint Declaration with Zhejiang Great Tao E-Commerce Corporation
In the period 24-27 of July, 2018 representatives of the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and CEE Countries and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry of the Republic of Bulgaria held series of meetings with representatives of “Zhejiang Great Tao E-Commerce Corporation” and the Youth Innovation Center China (Ningbo) – Central and Eastern Europe. Johnson Chen, Director of the Youth Innovation Center and General Manager of “Zhejiang Great Tao E-Commerce Corporation”, King Wu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Zhejiang Great Tao Factoring Company Ltd” and “Zhejiang Great Tao Factoring Company Ltd” and others participated actively in the talks.
During the meeting the Chinese side have learnt about the activities and the functions of the e-commerce cloud set up, run by the Association and its contribution to the promotion of trade in agricultural and food products between China and the 16 CEE countries. The presentation was done by Yovka Yaneva from APACCCEEC.
Adrian Georgiev, State Expert at European Coordination and International Relations Directorate presented the activities of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Forestry and APCCCEEC for the development of the Bulgarian-Chinese cooperation in the field of agriculture, food and forestry, the possibilities in the 16+1 format as well. The Chinese and Bulgarian experts discussed the opportunities for cooperation and interaction between the e-commerce cloud of APACCCEEC and the global e-commerce platform of “Zhejiang Great Tao E-Commerce Corporation”, the possibilities for mutual access to the database and linking the two platforms.
APACCCEEC and “Zhejiang Great Tao E-Commerce Corporation” have discussed a future partnership to jointly promote and develop the “16+1 e-Commerce Logistics Hub and Pavilion for Agricultural and other Products”. The Chinese side has agreed to participate in a Joint Declaration and was officially signed by both sides on August 2, 2018.
