05.03.2018 / Meeting between Shenzhen Municipality and APAC
On March 5, 2018, a meeting was held between representatives of the Shenzhen Municipality and the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries (APACCCEEC). From Shanghai side the meeting was attended by Sue Wenchao- Deputy Director of the International Cooperation Directorate, Feng Xiukun-Senior Municipal Officer of the European and African Cooperation Department, Directorate International Cooperation and other delegates.
The Bulgarian side was presented by Vasil Gelev- Executive Director of APACCCEEC, Svetla Yancheva- Deputy Rector of the Agricultural University of Plovdiv, Mr. Rashkov- representative of Rashkov & Co. Law Firm, Ms. Yovka Yaneva and Yu Haobo-delegates from APACCCEEC, representatives of Trakia Economic Zone – Plovdiv in Shenzhen.
During the meeting were presented two online platforms. The first one is the online platform for Consolidation of Agricultural Producers from China and the CEE countries – www.16plus1cloud.org developed by APACCCEEC. The second platform is the Shenzhen Municipal platform “CityPlus”. “City Plus” is an electronic platform for interconnection between cities on international level, where participants can effectively share information in the fields of culture, agriculture, economics, information on ongoing projects, and more.
The platform cooperation and interconnection could be formally announced at the Seventh Summit of the 16+1 Initiative. The parties agreed on a future joint development.
