In the period 04 – 08 April 2017, the Ministry of Agriculture and Food is organizing a Bulgarian national stand at the Wine and Agricultural Products Exhibition, which will be held at the 20th International Mostar Fair 2017, in Mostar, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Mostar International Fair is the most important and successful fair in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Bulgarian national participation is organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food, jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Foreign Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
In case of declared interest on the part of manufacturers to present their products at the national stand, MAF will bear the cost of sending a certain amount of samples. The hosts from Bosnia and Herzegovina provide Bulgaria with a standard 12 sq. m. exhibition booth.
In addition, Bulgarian companies producing agricultural products are also allowed to exhibit their produce at a self-declared stand.
The application for participation in the national stand is made by submitting an Application for participation (template), signed and stamped by the representative of the company, or an explicitly authorized by him with a submitted copy of a notarized power of attorney, which should be entered in MAF and sent and by email: Adrian@mzh.government.bg and egerdhikova@mzh.government.bg by March 27, 2017, by the end of the working day.
Given the limited space, the companies applying will be ranked, if necessary, according to the criteria specified in the application, and the approved companies will be notified by noon on March 28, 2017.
Product samples and promotional material of approved companies should be provided:
- In the building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food: Sofia, 55 Hristo Botev Blvd.
DEADLINE for submitting samples: March 30, 2017, by 1:00 PM
The opportunities for self-participation at the 20th Mostar International Fair are:
- Non-arranged booth in a covered exhibition area
-From 12 sq.m to 120 sq.m – prices from 57 euro / sq.m to 67 57 euro / sq.m
- Non-arranged booth in the open exposure area
-From 50 sq.m to 120 sq.m – prices from 15 euro / sq.m to 25 euro / sq.m
- Basically arranged stand in a covered exhibition area
– EUR 19 / sq.m
- Standard arranged booth in a covered exhibition area
– 29 euro / sq.m
- Stand arranged according to the specific needs of the exhibitor
– permission from the organizers is required – 2,5 euro / sq.m
- Possibility to request additional equipment
