Industry 4.0 is revolutionizing the way companies manufacture, improve, and distribute their products. Producers are integrating cutting-edge technologies—including the Internet of Things (IoT), cloud computing, and artificial intelligence (AI)—into their operations.

While these innovations drive progress, they also introduce new risks, particularly concerning intellectual property (IP). For European small and medium enterprises (SMEs) trading with China, understanding these risks and implementing IP protection strategies is of critical importance.

During the webinar, Ms. Lisa Lu, Intellectual Property Business Advisor at China IP SME Helpdesk, will explain why IP protection is crucial in the context of China’s Fourth Industrial Revolution. The session will cover key topics, including: patent protection and patent registration procedure, trade secret safeguards, copyright and software protection in China.

The event will conclude with a Q&A session, where participants will have the opportunity to address their questions directly to the speaker.
