TASTES OF REGIONS 2023
As every year, a Culinary Stage will be created during the Flavors of the Regions fair. Here the masters will prepare all regional dishes! Our stage hosts stars like Mateusz Gessler, Jan Kuron and Robert Maclovic. There are also finalists and winners of popular culinary programs such as Master Chef, as well as local associations, homesteader associations and guilds.
If you want to see how dishes that are well-known in selected parts of Poland are prepared and hear interesting stories about the origin of the dishes, you should visit us. On this occasion, you will learn what is best served with a given dish.
It’s a great way to get to know the regions culinary heritage. Of course, at the end you will want to try the prepared dishes. It’s always delicious!
Workshops, animations, riddles and tasty adventures await the little ones at the FLAVORS OF THE REGIONS fair. All this to teach children healthy eating habits through fun and to see how diverse Polish cuisine is.
