China-CEEC Expo

The 3rd edition of China-CEEC Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair will be held in Ningbo, China between the 17th and 22nd of May 2022. It is the premiere forum for trade and economic cooperation between China and the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. It provides great opportunities to establish local networks, expand to the huge Chinese market and find business partners.

The Fair’s exhibition areas:

• Works of Arts & Accessories;

• Others;

The Expo to be held in a hybrid form – the foreign exhibitors will be provided with virtual booths where they can present their company, products and business potential. Additionally, every country will have a national pavillion in Ningbo. The firms of CEE countries will be given the opportunity to send samples to China where their local partners will represent them in the mainland during the Event.

China-CEEC Expo 2021 in numbers:

• 17 countries;
• 200,000 sq. m. total floor area;
• 3,000+ exhibitors;
• 7,000 professional buyers;

Last year’s edition was attended by delegations from 27 provincial and municipal governments, including Anhui, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Beijing, and Hainan. Multiple business match-making activities were organised during the Fair.

History of the China-CEEC:

China-CEEC International Investment and Trade Expo, the predecessor of the China-CEEC Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair (hereinafter referred to as CEEC Expo), is one of the important contents in the Belgrade Guidelines for Cooperation between China and Central and Eastern European Countries. From 2015 to 2018, the CEEC Expo has been held for four consecutive times during the China International Consumer Goods Expo. In 2019, the CEEC Expo was officially upgraded to national level, and was renamed the China-CEEC Expo & International Consumer Goods Fairwith the approval of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council. So far, CEEC Expo has been the only national exhibition focusing on cooperation between China and CEE countries.
