25th Sausage Festival of Csabai

The Csabai Sausage Festival, which has been held for almost two decades, is the largest gastro-cultural festival in the Carpathian Basin, making it the most valuable tourist attraction of Békéscsaba, which has also defined the city’s image since 1997. The pride is further enhanced by the fact that in 2013 the Csabai sausage was added to the collection of Hungarian “Hungaricums”.
