10.07.2025 / APACCCEEC is organizing the Forum “Business across two cultures”
On September 10, 2025, starting at 9:30 AM in the Demonstration Zone of Agricultural Cooperation between China and the CEE Countries in Agricultural University – Plovdiv, APACCCEEC will host the Forum “Business Across Two Cultures.”
The forum focuses on the interaction between culture and business within the context of relations between China and the Central and Eastern European countries. It will address why it is important to know the culture of the countries we conduct negotiations and business with.
Guest speakers at the Forum will include Assoc. Prof. Antonina Habova, lecturer at the Department of International Relations at the University of National and World Economy, and Mr. Lachezar Dinev, Chairman of the Bulgarian-Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
At the end of the Forum, the Chinese film ‘Oriental Splendor – the Story of Silk‘ will be screened, exploring the entire process of producing the famous fiber in the Chinese province of Zhejiang. The film also demonstrates the great cultural significance of silk, which has been a symbol of China for centuries.
