12.07.2023 / APACCCEEC and UNWE signed a Cooperation Agreement

On July 12th, the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and the Central and Eastern European Countries (APACCCEEC) and the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) concluded an Agreement of Cooperation in the field of entrepreneurship, management, and agriculture.

During the official ceremony of the signing of the Agreement, Prof. Dr. Dimitar Dimitrov, Rector of UNWE, and Dr. Momchil Stanishev, Director of APACCCEEC, discussed joint initiatives, expressing hope for future fruitful cooperation between the two institutions.

UNWE is one of the main partners of APACCCEEC in organizing the first of its kind Accelerator Program for start-ups in the field of agriculture between China and CEE countries.

APACCCEEC together with UNWE will continue to support projects developing innovative products, services, or processes in agriculture, as the parties will promote youth entrepreneurship and support the implementation of innovative projects of start-up companies in the field of agriculture, contributing to the competitiveness of this sector in the region.

APACCCEEC and UNWE have agreed to cooperate on conducting specialized trainings, practical conferences, and seminars for students of UNWE by organizing educational practices, internships, etc.

The two institutions will work together on the preparation and presentation of a range of topics that are the subject of research by scientists and researchers from the member countries in the Initiative, related to economic development, investment plans, good practices in agriculture, academic and cultural exchange between CEE countries and China.
