ACTIVE PROJECT
APACCCEEC organizes participation with Pavilions at international exhibitions in China and the CEE countries. APACCCEEC Pavilions include companies from CEE countries that produce food, beverage, and cosmetics. APACCCEEC covers the rental, design, and additional equipment for the stand, as well as the exhibitors’ participation fee. Transportation costs and accommodations in the city where the respective exhibition is held are not covered by the APACCCEEC.
Participation in international exhibitions provides companies with an opportunity to promote their products and business activities in foreign markets to a broad network of consumers, distributors, and business representatives. During the expos, companies participate in thematic side events and bilateral meetings.

Over the past three years (from 2023 to 2026), APACCCEEC has participated with stand at 8 international exhibitions, as follows:
WARSAW FOOD EXPO 2026, Warsaw, Poland, 9 – 11 June 2026, 12 companies from the F&B sector from Central and Eastern Europe – Bulgaria, Hungary and Albania were represented at APACCCEEC Pavilion. The participating companies were producers of honey and other bee products, functional foods with honey, confectionery products such as bars with nuts; popcorn; canned foods (fruits as well as spreads – “lyutenitsa”, “ayvar”), tomatoes and vegetable seeds, dairy products (cheese, “kashkaval”), olive oil, healthy snacks, vegetable oils, flours, gourmet products, wine, as well as nut-based products (tahini, creams). 4th China-CEEC Expo, Ningbo, China, 22 – 25 May 2025. Products from 12 F&B and cosmetics companies from Bulgaria, Hungary and Slovenia were exhibited at APACCCEEC Pavilion. Among the exhibitors were producers of cosmetics (including rose and lavender-based products), healthy and bio foods, snacks, herbal soft drinks, dietary supplements, wine and beeswax products, which attracted significant interest from visitors. FOOD EXPO 2025, Athens, Greece, 8-10 March 2025. 14 Bulgarian companies from the F&B industry and cosmetics presented their products on the Pavilion. The companies at APACCCEEC’s Pavilion were producers of: rose cosmetic products; pasta, sauces and canned foods; honey and other bee products; confectionery (jams, waffles, popcorn, artisan chocolate, candy); non-alcoholic and non-carbonated beverages; gluten-free, vegan, and keto products; oak barrels; raw nuts and nut-based products; and hot pepper products. INDAGRA FOOD 2024, Bucharest, Romania, 30 October – 3 November 2024. APACCCEEC participated at INDAGRA FOOD 2024 with its own Pavilion, where 10 companies from the F&B industry and cosmetics presented their products.
The companies at APACCCEEC’s Pavilion were: wine producer; vegetable oil company; company; producer of honey and other bee products; company for rose products, essential and vegetable oils, face and hand creams; company, producing canned fruits, vegetables and spreads; producer of chamomile, lavender and peppermint tea; an artisan chocolate company; a pasta and sauce company; a gourmet products company and a manufacturer of nut and peanut butter products. Artozyma 2024, Thessaloniki, Greece, 24 – 26 February 2024, APACCCEEC participated with its own Pavilion, which was attended by five Bulgarian companies – producers from the food sector in honey, jams, nuts, chocolates. The Bulgarian exhibitors are well-established and specialized producers of chocolate products, sweets, sugar products, jams, honey, bread and pasta products, all of whom prioritize the personalization of their production and the development of an innovative brand. China International Import Expo, Shanghai, China, 5 – 10 November 2023. APACCCEEC participates with two Pavilions, as one is for the F&B industry, and the other is represented by companies producing cosmetics and cosmetic products. The companies participating in the two Pavilions during the exhibition are 15 from 4 countries of the China-CEE Cooperation Initiative, including Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia and Romania.
The companies on the APACCCEEC pavilions are producers of wine and spirits, sunflower and extra virgin oils, honey, healthy foods, soft drinks and cosmetic products. The exhibition provides an opportunity for participating companies to meet distributors, buyers and other exhibitors and to build new partnerships with Chinese counterparts. THIRD CHINA – CEEC EXPO, Ningbo, China, 16-20 May 2023. With its own pavilion, the APACCCEEC presents 7 companies from the agricultural and food sector from Bulgaria and CEE, as among them are businesses dealing with wines and spirits beverages, food, online store and a cosmetics products. The China-CEE is organized and sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the Municipal Government of Ningbo City and the Government of Zhejiang Province, China. DETROP-HELEXPO 2023, Thessaloniki, 18 – 20 February 2023, APACCCEEC participated in the “Detrop-Helexpo” International Trade Fair with its own stand which included five companies from the food and beverage sector, including producers of honey, wine, beer, and delicacies. Nearly 400 exhibitors took part in the exhibition and the participants were over 25 000.
