ACTIVE PROJECT
The Liaison Office and Pavilion of the Association for the Promotion of Agricultural Cooperation between China and the CEE countries is located in the China (Ningbo) – Central and Eastern European Countries Youth Innovation Center.
The office was first opened on November 2, 2018 and has an equipped demonstration space available – a Pavilion, which serves for the display of samples of agricultural and other products from Central and Eastern Europe.
A Memorandum of Understanding for Cooperation in the framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEEC was signed between APACCCEEC and the Ningbo Municipal Commission of Commerce, on the basis of which the Parties will cooperate to develop all existing and future platforms in Ningbo, within the framework of the Initiative for Cooperation between China and CEEC.
On May 22, 2025, APACCCEEC inaugurated a new Permanent Pavilion showcasing products from the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) countries and a new APACCCEEC Liaison Office in a more popular location in Ningbo, China. The Permanent Pavilion serves as an exhibition center for food products, beverages, and cosmetics from the CEE countries. Currently, the Pavilion features product samples from companies across 11 countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Hungary, North Macedonia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, and Slovenia. These include producers of: organic and healthy foods, cosmetics, rose products, essential oils, sunflower seeds, snacks, vegetable oils, biscuits and waffles, canned foods (fruits and spreads), honey and other bee products, protein bars, oak barrels, wines, etc.
Among the main objectives of the Liaison Office and Permanent Pavilion is to promote food, beverages, cosmetics and other products from CEE countries, as well as to provide information and guidance to CEE manufacturers who wish to enter the Chinese market. The new central location in the city of Ningbo will allow more citizens and local businesses to become familiar with the quality of the products from CEE, thus promoting trade and increasing sales and distribution channels with China.
