Svetulkata is a brand conceived by Fifika Georgieva and started out as a gourmet dinner events, but quickly transformed into an artisanal food producer. The portfolio started with jars of the traditional Bulgarian dip liutenitza, made from peppers, continued with the production of many kinds of jams and finally gelato was added. The company also produces craft beer under the brand Sha№5, or Shano 5 (stylized Sha №5).
